AMAOE M50 Paste Flux is a halogen-free, no-clean flux specifically developed for precision electronic soldering and rework tasks. Formulated using high-purity activators found in premium tin paste, this flux ensures excellent wetting performance, low residue, and strong solder joint integrity.

It’s ideal for BGA, CPU, SMD, reballing, and micro-soldering tasks in mobile phone and electronics repair. The M50 flux comes in a 10cc syringe and includes two precision dispensing needles (1mm & 1.2mm) for accurate and controlled application.
