RELIFE RL-423-UV LIQUID FLUX

RL-423 is drip type lead-free disposable flux, which is non corrosive, non-conductive and transparent in nature. The flow on the PCB isn’t crossed, because it is viscidity flux for soldering with less liquidity and can be used for implantation of BGA ball and chip components for welding. 

It doesn’t have any irritant smell, has good ability of infiltration and utility persistent. Hence, there won’t be any residue remaining. We can say, it is brilliant and best imported rosin, suitable for welding all kinds of precision circuit board components. The main ingredients of this product are: : imported rosin, high component thixotropic agent, antioxidant, stroma and surfactants, which greatly improve the welding efficiency and meets J-STD-004B standard.
