RL-518A is a kind of liquid, which we use in removing frame and glue. It hurts neither the cable, nor the frame or LCD. This product is applicable to separate and remove glue on strange, edge middle frame or bracket. The effect is significant and fast, because use of small amount is effective, and it also saves cost and time. While we use this liquid, it’s better to use syringe and it is also more convenient.
To use it, we need to open the cover and seal of the bottle mouth, which is sealed with tin foil to prevent leakage and volatilization during transportation. Then we need to suck this product with a syringe, which enhance in easy working in worry-free atmosphere. Then after heat screen with stand with 100 ℃ for 1-3 minutes, inject the product into the gap with a syringe, gently tilt it with a blade, and then inject into the gap.
After heating, the separation bracket can be easily removed. When the screen is removed, please make sure the cable position is dry and then test with machine. It can be heated at 50 ℃ or left to dry.
