RELIFE RL-403S 183℃ SOLDER PASTE (10CC)

RL-403S is a syringe type soldering paste, consists of free three needles of different specifications + putter, which doesn’t need cleaning and it is also easy tinning. This paste can be used up to temperature of 183℃, which is medium. It is suitable for sensors, wires, motors, fuses, connectors, metal shells, lighting, electronic components, SMT repair, BGA chip tin planting, etc. The design is same like: syringe. Welding is not wasteful, more precise, and the sealing plug can be reused after use. The mouth is narrow that is applicable for precision solder, which is cut in vulgarity and also in different level. Hence, is suitable for large and meticulous tin and can be used for different angles of work. The thinness is good, and the application is more even with good wettability and fine paste. We don’t find here any false welding, corrosion to PCB and cleaning. The residues are also few, the solder joints are also bright, which is strong in climbing, has good conductivity and oxidation. For its use, one need to open first of all its cap by turning its counterclockwise. Then rotate clockwise to install the needle and open also the bottom cover, but be careful, the white rubber plug in the syringe cannot be removed. Finally, attach the push rod and it is ready for use. The demonstration is only the method, but you need to decide according to the actual situation.
